Hisae is Director in charge of Instructor Relations at Buzan Centre Worldwide Japan K.K. (BCWJ). Previously, she was a business consultant/coach, focusing mainly on female entrepreneurs and executives.

Hisae believes that her life has changed completely ever since she found Mind Maps in 2004. Indeed, she has already achieved many of the objectives she elaborated on her vision and mission mindmaps three years ago. Having experienced a paradigm shift through mind mapping, she is currently devoting 100% of her time and energy on diffusing Mind Mapps and Mental Literacy all over Japan.

She has earned a BA in Philosophy and Behavioral Science from Chiba University.
