 Tatsuya is the founder and CEO of AINEST Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in mental health business. As the first such consultant in Japan, he attracted some prominent figures as his clients.
He also established "Japanese Net Counseling Federation (JNCF), which is an online association for mental health professionals. One of JNCF's activities is to interview experts in the field about their way of life and/or their mind-set. His weekly report, available on JNCF's website since 2003, has gained popularity, with the number of readers exceeding 10,000.
One of his newer efforts is to lecture on "How to Use Your Brain" and "Human Way of Life" to a wide variety of people, including elementary/junior high school students and business persons. As part of such activities, he has introduced Mind Mapping and Mental Literacy to a large number of people.
Tatsuya earned a BA in Economics from Doshisha University.
