 Kyoji is an independent Human Resource consultant, specializing in assessment programs for promotion to company executives. He is also known as a specialist in social insurance and an author of business books. Before starting his own business in 1995, he worked for TOSHIBA, a leading-edge electronics company in Japan, as a sales representative in charge of East and Southeast Asian countries.
Kyoji loves music (CD listening as well as acoustic guitar playing), art, nature, and especially surfing! He has traveled all over the world, including Australia, Bali, and Florida to ride on the waves. With Go for it! as his motto, he enjoys his life as if he were surfing the Hawaiian big waves.
He earned a BA in Law from Waseda University.
